Timetable: Overview
Section description
The "Timetable" section allows employees to submit and view their time spent on work requests. Here, employees specify the date, working hours, and description of the work done and can optionally attach files to the request.
Accepted work hours are considered by the admin when calculating the payroll.

Feature Overview
Submitting a request for worked hours
The process for submitting a request for worked hours is described in this article.
Viewing submitted requests
Submitted requests are displayed in the "Timetable" section under the "Requests" subsection. Here, employees can review request details such as the date and time of work, break duration, description of tasks, and attached documents. The employee can also see the reviewer.
Viewing request details
To view request details, click on the highlighted icon.
Editing request
Users can edit the request by clicking the highlighted icon and selecting the edit option.
In the opened window, make the necessary changes and save them.
Deleting request
To delete a request, click on the highlighted icon and select the delete option from the list. Please note that the request will be permanently removed.
Employees can also delete rejected requests. To do this, go to the "History" subsection and click the "Delete" icon in the row of the declined request.
Viewing request history
After approval or rejection, requests move to the "History" subsection. The employee can view the request details and its status: Accepted or Declined.
Accepted work hours are considered by the admin when calculating the payroll.
Viewing the reason for rejecting a request
Click the request details icon to view the reason for rejecting a request.
You will see a field with the reason for rejection in the opened window.
