Section description
In the "Absence" section, you can view the available paid time-offs. The platform admin configures the days for each type based on your company's policies. Here, employees can submit absence requests and track the status of their requests.

Track request status
The subsection "Requests", which displays absence requests and their statuses, includes a table containing various details of each request. Within this section, there is a table detailing the following information for each request:
- Recipient's name, position, and department
- Start and end dates of the absence
- Reason for the absence
- Whether it's paid or not
- Any comments associated with the request
- Feedback from the HR department
- Current status of the request.
The requests can have three statuses:
- Approved: The request for absence has been approved by the admin or manager. In the case of paid time off, the available days will automatically update after your absence.
- Pending: The absence request has been submitted but has not yet been reviewed by the admin or manager.
- Declined: The absence request has been declined.
Approved time-offs are taken into account when calculating the salary. The salary can be adjusted depending on the type of absence (paid or unpaid), your company's policy, and the contract terms.
