Applicant Tracking: Add a New Applicant

The "Add new applicant" function allows the admin to quickly and conveniently add information about new candidates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for a specific vacancy. The function includes filling out basic information about the applicant, adding a photo, and attaching their resume.

Feature Overview

To add a new applicant, go to the relevant job opening and click the "Add new applicant" button.

Then, fill in the applicant's details in the pop-up window, including their photo, first name, last name, date of birth, email, phone number, social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), country, state, and city. Don't forget to attach their CV.

Once done, the new applicant will be added to the "Applied" stage, and they will receive an email notification.
