Onboarding Pipeline: Training
Section description
The "Training" tab is part of the onboarding process. Here, the admin provides new employees with access to training materials. These materials help familiarize employees with the company's processes and requirements and develop the necessary skills for the job. Examples of training may include online courses on the company's products and services, tutorials on internal systems usage, webinars on corporate culture and values, and more.
The admin can skip this step if necessary or if the new employee already possesses the required knowledge and skills.

Feature Overview
Adding training information
To add training, click on the "Add training" button.
Fill in the fields and click "Send to employee." The employee's card will then be moved to the final stage of onboarding.
You can add unlimited fields using the "Add Training" button.
The administrator can also delete unnecessary fields by clicking on the highlighted icon.
Skipping stage
To skip this stage, click on the "Skip step" button. This action will move the employee's card to the next stage.
