Career Page: Overview

Section description

Within the "Recruit" section, there's a subsection titled "Career Page", where admins can manage the company's page for prospective candidates. This page serves as a platform through which the company can showcase its job openings. Potential candidates visiting the career page can browse all available positions within the company and apply for those that align with their interests and qualifications. Once an application is submitted, the candidate's information is seamlessly moved into the "Applicant Tracking" section to the "Applied" stage.

Feature Overview

Creating Career page

To create a Career Page, go to the "Recruit" section and select "Career Page". Then click on "Create" to start.

Enter your company's details:

  • Company name and description
  • Contact information
  • Social media links
  • Upload logo and cover image

You can also add the company's address by clicking "Add" in an additional field.


Viewing Career page

Copy the generated link using the highlighted icon to access the Career Page.

You can also share the link on social media.

The Career Page displays company information and available job openings. Candidates can apply directly; their applications will be displayed in "Applicant Tracking".


Editing Career page

To edit the Career Page, click the highlighted icon and select the edit option. Then, make the necessary changes and save them.


Deleting Career page

To delete the Career Page, click on the highlighted icon and choose the delete option.
