Docs Templates: Overview

Section description

Within the "Documents" section, you'll find the "Templates" subsection. Here, you'll discover a collection of diverse document templates tailored to your company's needs. These templates are neatly organized into folders, categorized by document type.

Platform admins can download templates and subsequently distribute them to candidates or employees.

Feature Overview

View Templates

To access the list of templates, open the folder containing documents of the desired type.

The admin can view and download templates in each section folder.

Downloading template

To download the template to your device, click on the highlighted icon.

You can also download multiple templates at once. Simply select them using the checkboxes and then click the download button.

Mark template as Favorite

You can mark frequently used templates as Favorites. To mark a document, click on the highlighted icon.
