Feature Overview
The dashboard is divided into several sections containing information on specific processes and a section with all the team events. Let's take a closer look at each of them.
Teammates' Birthdays
- Displays upcoming birthdays of teammates.
- Includes employee names and birthdates for easy tracking and planning of celebrations.
Birthdays are also displayed in the calendar.
Planned 1-to-1 Meetings
- Lists scheduled 1-to-1 meetings between managers and their teammates.
- Provides details such as the full name, position, department, start date, and meeting time.

New Teammates
- Shows recently joined employees.
- Includes their names, positions, departments, and start dates to help the team stay updated on new additions.
New Feedback
- Collects and displays recent feedback received from teammates.
- Provides the source of feedback, the content, and the date it was given for transparency and continuous improvement.

Probation Period Ends Soon
- Alerts about employees whose probation period is nearing its end.
- Includes the employee's name, position, department, and end date of the probation period.
Worked First 30 Days
- Highlights employees who have completed their first 30 days in the company.
- Lists their names, positions, and departments.
Worked First 180 Days
- Marks employees who have been with the company for their first 180 days.
- Provides their names, positions, and departments.
Worked First Year
- Recognizes employees who have completed their first year with the company.
- Details their names, positions, and departments.
Events
- Logs significant events and activities related to team management.
- Includes details such as the responsible employee, event description, and date.
Each section has a refresh button for updating the information and a link to view the full list of events for that section.
