AI Summary: Based on the analysis of the candidate's CV, profile with notes, assessment ratings, and interviews, AI generates a summary of the candidate. This overview provides comprehensive information about skills, work experience, education, and recommendations, helping to quickly and effectively evaluate the potential candidate.
Markers and tags: Markers and tags help classify and quickly locate candidates in the future.
Skills: This field lists the candidate's competencies and skills, aiding in assessing their professional potential.
Cover letter: Additional information from the candidate complementing their CV, providing insights into their motivation and goals.
CV: Upon uploading the CV, the system compares the candidate's data with the job requirements. Based on this, AI determines how well the candidate fits the position.
Experience: History of the candidate's previous employment, allowing assessment of their experience and alignment with job requirements.
