Company Documents: Overview
Section description
The Company Documents subsection in the Documents section includes all documents used in the company, which are stored in folders by document type.
Platform admins can upload and download documents and send them to candidates or employees.

Feature Overview
View Company documents
To access the list of documents, open the folder containing documents of the desired type.
The user can view, download, or delete the uploaded document in each section folder.
Uploading a new document
The user can upload a new document from the device by clicking on the “Upload new document” button.
Fill in the required fields in the opened window and save the changes.
Deleting document
To delete the uploaded document, click the highlighted icon and select the delete option from the opened list.
Downloading document
To download the document to your device, click on the highlighted icon.
Mark Document as Favorite
You can mark frequently used documents as Favorites, and then they will display at the top. To mark a document, click on the highlighted icon.
