My Training

Section Description

The My Training section, located in the Training module, provides employees with a centralized view of their assigned training programs. This section ensures employees can easily access and track their learning and development tasks, whether they are mandatory or optional.

Employees can monitor their progress, view detailed information about each training, and mark training as completed once finished. This organized approach helps employees stay informed and engaged in their personal and professional growth.

Feature Overview

View Assigned Trainings

The training list is divided into two tabs:

  • New Training: Displays all ongoing or incomplete trainings.
  • Completed: Displays trainings that have been completed and marked as finished.

Employees can see a list of all assigned trainings under the My Training tab. Each training entry includes:

  • Title: The name of the training program.
  • Comment: Additional notes or instructions from the admin or trainer.
  • Due Date: The deadline for completing the training.
  • Type: Whether the training is Mandatory or Optional.

This overview helps employees prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance.


Access Training Details

By clicking the View button next to any training, employees can open the training details, including:

  • Course materials
  • Videos, presentations, or documents
  • Instructions or notes from trainers

Employees can review the content to understand expectations and prepare for completion.


Complete and Mark Trainings as Completed

Once an employee completes a training, they can click the Finish button. This marks the training as completed and moves it to the Completed tab. The system updates their training progress and records the completion for future reference.
