Section description
The "Call scheduling" tab is located within the "Home" section under the "Calendar" subsection. This feature optimizes the interaction between candidates and admins, enhancing transparency and efficiency in the hiring process.
The "Call scheduling" tab customizes an employee's availability timetable for interview scheduling. Employees can specify the days and times they're open for candidate calls. The system then automatically provides candidates a link to the employee's calendar, allowing them to select a convenient interview slot.
Additionally, the admin can add a link to their Calendly calendar for scheduling convenience.

Configuring the schedule in the FirstHR calendar
To set up your schedule, go to the "Call scheduling" tab, where you can choose your time zone and preferred duration for interviews with candidates, then save your changes.
Choose the days and times available for interviews.
Add and delete additional time slots within the same day.
Configure your schedule and save the changes. You can now share your schedule with the candidate when you send interview invitations.
Adding the Calendly calendar
To add a link to your Calendly calendar, go to the integration settings, paste the link, and save the changes. You can now share your schedule with the candidate when you send interview invitations.
