Integrations: Zoom

Synchronization

Step 1

To set up integration with Zoom, go to Settings -> Integration

Step 2

Next, select Zoom integration and click Synchronize.

Step 3

After clicking this button, click Synchronize in the pop-up window, and you will be redirected to a page with an offer to add our application to your account.

Step 4

After the agreement, you will be redirected to the integration page where the synchronization status will be shown: "Synchronization Success."

Step 5

Now, you can select any applicant in the ATS section. Go to the Interview tab to create an interview by selecting "Generate in Zoom" in the "Link/Address to the interview" field.

Step 6

After the applicant selects the time of the interview, an interview link will be generated and added as a link to the interview in the list table.

Desynchronization

 

Step 1

To remove the Zoom integration, go to Settings -> Integration

Step 2

Next, select Zoom integration and click the Synchronization Success button. After the window appears, click the Desynchronize button.

Step 3

Synchronization will be deleted, and the status of Synchronization Success will be changed to the Synchronize button.

Step 4

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "FirstHR Meetings" app.
  3. Click the "FirstHR Meetings" app.
  4. Click Remove.
