Benefits: New Offers

Section description

The Benefits section under the New Offers tab displays new benefits offers.

Employees can view a comprehensive list of all available benefits, including their descriptions, amounts, eligibility criteria, period of validity, and the percentage of the bonus covered by the company. Employees can also accept or decline benefits the company offers directly from the section.

Feature Overview

Viewing the list of benefits

The "New offers" tab contains complete information about the benefit, such as:

  • Benefit Name
  • Benefit Type
  • Employee submitting the offer
  • Cost
  • Company coverage percentage
  • Additional payment for Spouse and Children
  • Duration

Below are descriptions of some of the columns:

  • Price: This column displays the benefit-cost per month per person.
  • Company pays (Currency): This column indicates the amount the company contributes towards the benefit per month, denoted in a specific currency.
  • Company pays (%): This column indicates the percentage of the total cost covered by the company.
  • +Spouse: This indicates that the benefit plan covers spouses with an additional cost.
  • +Child: This indicates that the benefit plan covers children with an additional cost.

The platform automates payroll, so the cost of the benefit is considered when calculating salaries in the Finance section.


Downloading full terms and conditions

To review the full terms of the benefit, click on the document download icon in the benefit row.


Accepting a benefit

To accept the benefit, click the highlighted icon in the benefit row.

In the opened window, carefully review the terms. If you want to include your family members in the insurance, enter their details in the respective fields and confirm the action. Afterward, the status of the benefit will be updated.

Please note that after accepting the offer, the terms of the benefit may affect your salary. You will be able to cancel the benefit through your manager.


Declining a benefit

To decline the benefit, click the highlighted icon in the benefit row and confirm the action. Afterward, the benefit's status will be updated.
