Offboarding Pipeline: Docs
Section Description
The Doc Signing tab is a key part of the offboarding process. It allows admins to send required documents for signing to employees leaving the company. This section ensures that all necessary paperwork, such as termination agreements or final pay confirmations, is completed on time and securely tracked.
Admins can view detailed information about each document, including the title, type, deadline, status (pending or signed), and timestamps for sending and signing.

Feature Overview
Send Document
To send a document for signature, the admin clicks Send in the Doc Signing tab of the employee’s offboarding profile.
In the pop-up window, the following steps are required:
- Select Document: Choose the document from your device.
- Set Deadline: Specify a signing deadline for the employee.
- Enable Admin Signature (Optional): If the admin’s signature is required, check this box to include the admin as a signatory.
- Add Description (Optional): Provide a brief description to clarify the document's purpose.
- Customize Email Message (Optional): Add a personalized message to explain the document’s importance and urgency.
The system automatically emails documents to recipients. Employees can also sign them directly through their accounts.
Track Document Status
Admins can track the real-time status of sent documents (e.g., pending, signed, declined) in the Offboarding Pipeline section, employee’s profile, or the Documents section. Automated reminders are sent to the employee and admin as the signing deadline approaches to ensure timely completion.
View and Download Documents
Admins can view and download documents at any time for offline access or record-keeping.
This streamlined document management process ensures compliance, reduces administrative overhead, and provides a clear audit trail.
