Offboarding Pipeline: Settings

Section Description

The Offboarding Settings section enables administrators to create, edit, and manage offboarding templates for structuring employee offboarding processes. While certain stages are predefined and protected, admins can add custom intermediate stages to ensure flexibility and alignment with the organization's offboarding needs.

Features List

  • Adding a new template
  • Editing a template
  • Deleting a template

Feature Overview

To view the list of templates, go to the Pipeline section in the Offboarding module and click the Offboarding Settings button.

Adding a New Template

Admins can create a new offboarding template by clicking the Add New Template button.

Enter the template name, create intermediate steps, and save the new template.

Each template contains two protected stages: Ready (the initial stage) and Finished (the final stage). These stages cannot be renamed or reordered. However, admins can add custom intermediate stages (e.g., In Progress, Review) to tailor offboarding workflows to their needs.

After saving the template, it will appear in the list and be available for selection when creating a new pipeline.

Editing Template

Admins can edit existing templates by clicking the Edit icon next to the template name. While the protected stages (Ready and Finished) remain fixed in both name and order, admins can add, rename, or delete intermediate stages.

Deleting Template

This function allows admins to delete unnecessary or outdated templates from the system.

To delete a template, click the Delete icon and confirm the action.
