  • Welcoming message entry and mentor selection
  • Attachment of additional files and welcome video
  • Onboarding archiving

Feature Overview

Welcoming message entry and mentor selection

Welcome message: The admin writes a welcome message to greet the new employee. The message may also include instructions for further steps or organizational guidelines.

Selection of a mentor: The appointed mentor will provide support, answer questions, and assist the newcomer in their first work days.

Attachment of additional files and welcome video

Attachment of a file: The admin can attach a file with additional information, such as company policies, guides on using internal systems, contact details, or other resources that may be useful for the new employee.

Attachment of a link to a welcome video: If the company has a welcome video, the admin can attach a link to it. The video may contain information about the company's culture, values, history, team, or other essential aspects to help the new employee better understand the organization.

Onboarding archiving

The onboarding process is completed after the information is sent to the employee. Now, the admin can move the onboarding to the archive by clicking the "Archive" button. Upon archiving, the system moves the onboarding record to the "Archive" subsection, where the admin can review the adaptation history.
